＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞・Nissanブランド、Infinitiブランドの新型車の目標性能の競争力と、その達成度のバリデーション（監査・評価）を実施する。（主な性能領域：動性能は、加速・動力性能、ハンドリング性能、乗り心地性能、座り心地性能、ブレーキ性能、静粛性、車両の取り回し性能含む運転操作のし易さ、自動運転・ADAS性能、実用燃費性能、EV関連性能（航続距離、充電性能、走行効率）等。動性能以外は、居住性、乗降性、積載性・収納性、視認性、見栄え・高品質感、IT/CCS、その他利便性等。）・お客さまの経験のすべてをカバーすることで、総合的なお客さま視点を会社の意思決定に活かす。【業務具体例】・魅力品質の向上において、各部門（商品企画やマーケティング、開発、生産、品質等）が一貫した目標設定・運用等が適切になされているか評価する。・施策段階では造形モデルやモックアップモデルを確認。試作車ができてからは実際に乗車し評価を行う。・バリデーションの結果については、商品企画会議(商品企画、開発、マーケティング、財務、品質役員等出席)や開発進捗会議（開発役員議長）にて報告を行う。＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞・日産の技術戦略 ”NISSAN INTELLIGENT MOBILITY”の中核を成す電動化技術、自動運転技術、コネクテッド技術に直結した最新の新型車、開発車両に常に触れ、自らの成長を体感することができます。・また、そのグローバルに激しい競争領域の中でお客さま視点で導き出した日産の強みを会社の戦略や商品の方向性に反映させることのできる、やりがいのある職務です。・日産の海外開発拠点のカウンターパートナーや技術者と常にコミュニケーションを密にとり、共同評価を行い、グローバルに活躍、成長することができます。◎商品を良くするためのフィードバックを実施。開発内で色々な制約があるが、透明性を持って役員を含めた場で意見をする。◎魅力性能の領域まで踏み込んで評価できる、競合他社との比較ができる（年に1回、海外リージョン含め他社車を集めた評価会を実施。新しい技術にも触れる）、お客さま視点で競争力や魅力を集中して見られる。＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required＞■MUST・車両の動性能評価の経験があること。・車両の開発プロセスを一通り理解していること。・安定した運転スキルを有すること。※実際に車に乗って評価を行うため、一般のお客さまから自動車ジャーナリストのレベルまでカバーできることが望ましい。（採用試験の中で実際に車に乗っていただきます）自動車業界経験：必須/Experience of the car industry：Requierd■TOEIC：650点■WANT・お客さま視点での車両総合性能評価業務の経験がある。・電動車の開発業務経験または評価業務経験がある。・自動運転技術搭載車両の開発業務経験または評価業務経験がある。・コネクテッド技術の開発業務経験または評価業務経験がある。自動車業界経験：必須/Experience of the car industry：Requierd■TOEIC：750点＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞・車が好きで、見て乗ることに関心があり、高いモチベーションで商品競争力バリデーション業務に臨める方・新しい環境でも、学ぶ意欲と挑戦する勇気を持っている方・異なる文化・意見を受け入れ、コミュニケーションを図れる方（例；海外出張に行って、現地の公道・テストコースで現地スタッフと共同評価して建設的な論議が出来る）・自ら考えてアクションができ、やるべきことを遂行できる方・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ）月次給として年俸の1/12を支払います想定年収（ 参考値 ）年俸 1,060万円以上＋インセンティブ・インセンティブは会社業績等を勘案し、その都度決定します Nissan Corporate site Nissan YouTube
