職種 正社員 職務明細 【カタリナマーケティングジャパンとは？】 カタリナマーケティングジャパンは、年間売上12兆円規模の購買データから抽出したインサイトをもとに、市況分析から戦略設計、マーケティング施策の展開、効果測定まで、一気通貫でご提供しています。 System Architect Director ■ポジションについて/POSITION SUMMARY • 今後拡大していく各リテール、ビジネスパートナーとのシステム連携において、非機能要件、特に可用性、運用、保守性の領域において、エンジニア、PMと共に連携しながら、必要となる可用性、運用、保守性のレベルの明確化し、それを元にした実際のシステム、インフラをエンジニアと共にデリバリーする。 • ハイレベルでのシステム構成、設計方針のアドバイス、提示にとどまらず、インフラ、ソフトウェア、データエンジニアと共に、実際の設計、設定内容に踏み込んだレベルでのデリバリーを支援する。 • 今後発生する新たなシステム連携だけではなく、既存の仕組みについてもエンジニアと共に、既存システムの見直し、レビューに参画し、それぞれに対する改善、強化方針の策定、実際の設定、構築のハンズオンレベルでの支援を行う。 • なんらかシステム障害等が発生した場合には、その内容等をわかりやすくステークホルダー、シニアマネジメント、場合によってはクライアントに対して報告する。 • システム障害以外でも、大規模なインフラの構成変更、アーキテクチャデザイン変更等を行う際には、その背景や目的、想定されるコスト等について、わかりやすくステークホルダー、シニアマネジメントに対して報告する。 • 日々のシステムエンジニア、DevOpsエンジニアとの会話に参画し、システム、インフラアーキテクチャ、アプリケーションアーキテクチャについて、ハンズオンレベルで支援する。 • 非機能要件のデリバリープロセスを標準化し、エンジニア部門との調整の中で、今後の開発案件に対して適用させ、適切なシステム品質をデリバリーする。 ■魅力/ATTRACTION ビジネスそのものが成長している中で、多様性の高いチーム、組織で仕事ができます。特にエンジニア部門は外国人中心に構成されており、それぞれが高いスペシャリティーを持ち、かつお互いのリスペクトを大事にしながらチームプレイを心がけながら仕事をしています。一方で、開発、運用する対象のシステム自身は、米国から独立した過程で受領したもので課題やリスクも多い状態です。それらは最新ソリューションをうまく使うことで、最適化できる余地が多く残っており、その改善、最適化をリードする一員になることができます。 ■部内構成/OUR TEAM 技術部門全体として、日本人だけではなく、多くの外国人中心に構成されており、非常に多様性の高い部門となっています。エンジニア部門は、大きくソフトウェアエンジニアリングチーム、データエンジニアリングチーム、DevOpsチームに分かれており、主にAzure上でのシステムデリバリーの中で、それぞれの領域を担当します。QA部門はエンジニア部門からのデリバリー、そしてプロダクト部門との連携の中で、エンジニア部門からデリバリーされた機能の品質管理を担当します。その他、ITセキュリティ、ITサポート、ネットワーク、インフラ管理の機能も担っています。 貴方のご経験をカタリナマーケティングジャパン（Catalina Marketing Japan）でぜひ活かしてください！ ご応募をお待ちしております。 スキル・資格 ■必須要件/SKILLS &
