＜職務内容＞ ■組織体制 ➀内部通報(ホットラインの構築など)に関する調査 ②社内啓蒙活動 ③ガバナンス強化の3チームに分かれており、全体で9名の体制です。 本求人は、➀内部通報(ホットラインの構築など)に関する調査 に関するチームへの配属となります。 ■組織について ガバナンスと内部統制の向上は当社の最重要課題の一つであり、その中でも核となるコンプライアンス活動において、教育やコミュニケーション、内部通報（取引先からの通報含む）に関わる調査、課題に対する改善活動を主導するチームです。将来的な当社のコンプライアンス体制の強化に向けて、組織強化を図る目的での採用となります。グローバルに事業を展開する当社の本社部門において、全社的なコンプライアンスに関する経験を積むことができます。 今後本組織の体制強化も行いながら、会社全体の取り組みをリードできる環境です。 ■具体的な業務内容 ＜内部通報に関する調査＞ ・日産本体だけでなく、日本‐ASEAN地域の関連会社及び連結の販売会社等において、質が高く有効な調査と報告、是正策の提案の実施を行う。調査結果の報告先は役員、コンプライアンスコミッティーを含む。 また、是正策や改善策が機能しているかをモニタリングし、その有効性を担保する。 ・内部通報制度の管理と統制：法令に沿って内部通報制度が運用されているかを担保し、また制度運用上必要な改善を提案し実行する。 ・内部通報制度に関わる規程やガイド・マニュアルの整備を行う。また、それを日本‐ASEAN地域の関連会社及び連結の販売会社も含め展開する。 ・内部通報制度に関する対従業員のコミュニケーション戦略を立案し実施することにより、倫理的な企業文化を醸成する。 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）＞ ・弁護士等専門家と連携した全社的な調査・是正活動を主導できる。 ・日本は本社機能も含むため、日本コンプライアンス室はグローバルでも重要な位置付にある。 ・グループ会社、また社内の多くの部門と関わることで、ビジネス戦略、構造、運用についての知識と経験の習得が可能 ・グローバルやASEANのコンプライアンス組織との協業があり国際色豊かな環境 ＜登録資格(経験/資格など)＞ ■Must 【下記、いずれも必須】 ・コンプライアンス、内部統制、内部監査等のいずれかの業務の業務経験。(コンサルティング会社で上記領域の業務経験・知見をお持ちの方も可) ・数名のマネジメント経験（プロジェクトマネジメント・プロジェクトリーダーも含む) ・英語力（ビジネスレベル：資料作成、英語会議、資料読み込み） ・TOEIC：730点 ※TOEICスコアをお持ちではない方は、選考の過程で語学力を確認するテストを受験していただきます。 一定スコアを満たさない場合はお見送りとなります。 ■Want ・製造業あるいは国際的大企業における法務・コンプライアンス業務の経験（特に内部通報業務） ・メーカーにおける勤務経験（特に購買業務） ・弁護士資格 ・役員への報告や対応経験（日本語・英語） ・TOEIC：800 ＜求める人物像＞ ・高い倫理感をもっている（公平、公正であり、トランスペアレント）
