前書き IBM では、仕事 (work) とは単なる業務 (job) ではなく使命であると考えています。その目的は構成、設計、コーディング、コンサルティングや、お客様とともに考え、販売すること、市場の確立、発明、協力などです。 また、何かを改善するだけでなく、これまで可能であるとは想像もしなかったことに挑戦することであり、テクノロジーの新時代を主導し、世界で最も難しい問題を解決することです。 あなたの役割と責任 ◆ポジション概要、ミッション Technology Expert Lab Essential Servicesでは、IBMのソフトウェア製品を用いて構築したシステムの保守をサポートするテクニカルアカウントマネージャーを募集します。お客様からいただくIBM製品に関するお問い合わせやIBM製品のバージョンアップのサポートに対して、お客様とIBM製品サポート部門と協力し課題に取り組み問題を解決に導く組織での募集です。 Technology Expert Lab Essential Servicesは、IBMソフトウェア製品に関する豊富な製品知識とお客様環境の理解を通じて、お客様へ迅速なサポートを提供しています。お客様の環境にインパクトのある製品のFixやSecurity Patchの情報を提供する予防保守や、障害発生時に問題解決のためのお客様、IBM製品サポートや製品開発部門間のコミュニケーションを促進し、問題解決へと導くことが主なミッションとなります。 ◆主な業務内容 担当いただく主な業務内容は以下の通りです。日々の業務では社内の製品スペシャリスト、IBM製品サポート、海外の製品開発部門との協業が必要になります。 ・予防保守支援 ・問題・障害発生時の問題解決/エスカレーション支援 ・お客様システムのサービスインやバージョンアップ時のリモート待機（場合によっては休日、深夜を含む） ・製品や障害に関するお客様への報告 ◆当ポジションの魅力 ・国内外の製品サポート部門や製品開発部門と協業する機会があり、グローバルに活躍することができます。 ・特定の製品・ソリューションエリアに関して広くスキルを獲得できるポジションです。 必要なスキル・経験 お客様との日本語でのコミュニケーション力 製品や障害に関する技術的な説明の実施や、問題を解決に導くためおの客様との交渉力 海外製品サポート部門、海外製品開発部門、海外の製品専門家とのコミュニケーションスキル (メール、Web会議) 以下いずれかの関連プロジェクトへの参画/ロールの経験 システム運用・保守 システム・バージョンアップ
