企業概要 概要（ポジションの目的）/ Overview ハリウッドのビッグ5スタジオのひとつUniversal Picturesの一員として、グローバルに羽ばたくアニメシリーズの製作及びオリジナルIP開発にコミットし、熱意を持って取り組んでいただきます。また製作プロデューサーとして各パートナーとの関係強化や新規プロジェクトの具体化、更にはプロジェクト責任者としてアニメ製作の全プロセスにおける品質管理を行い、より良い作品作りを目指していただきます。 求人内容 主な職務と責任 /Key Responsibilities アニメーションマーケットと制作プロセスにおいて深い知見を持ち、原作を発掘または開発し企画を立案し、会社資産となるヒットコンテンツを創出する。 企画提案書及び予想損益計算書を作成し経営陣の承認を得たのちに制作スタジオと契約交渉し制作を実行する。 必要に応じて製作委員会を組成／運営する。社内においてはマーケティング・宣伝、セールスなど各部署と連携し 予想収益の確保とコンテンツの最大化を実現する。 またNBCUniversalのメンバーとしてコンプライアンス、法律を遵守するとともにブランドの発展に寄与する。 資格 必須または望ましい資格・スキル・経験/ Skills and Experiences (必須) アニメーション制作プロセスの基本知識 IPビジネスに関する基礎知識(権利構造や印税など) 事業方針を理解した上で企画提案書及び収益計算書を作成するスキル 契約書を読み把握した上で外部と交渉できるスキル ベンダーやクリエーターに対する交渉力 PCでの入力、EXCEL、WORD等、標準的なビジネスアプリの活用 マルチタスク能力 (望ましいもの) 英語力 優良なベンダーや人材へのアクセス及びコミュニケーション能力 拡張するマーケットに対する洞察と開拓能力 3年以上のアニメ関連ビジネスでの業務実績 その他の情報 As part of
