Job Description Summary医療用医薬品におけるアートワーク業務は、医療者・患者さんが見間違えずに正しく医薬品を選択使用するために極めて重要な役割です。規制要件を遵守しつつ、アートワークを通じて医療現場に貢献できる事が私たちの喜びです。バイオシミラー品やジェネリック医薬品は一般名が使用されるため、製品差別化、競争優位性を築くために、より識別しやすいアートワークの改善にサンドは継続的に取り組んでいます。また、箱やラベルといったアートワークに変更が生じる際は、資材の切替時期を綿密に工場側とすり合わせる必要があることから、安定供給に対する貢献度もアートワークチームが担う仕事は大きいです。 主な職務目的： •製品の包装資材のデザインの立案から作成まで責任をもち、包装スケジュールを鑑みスケジュール管理を担う。 (デザイン変更、PTPの色、材質変更等添付文書以外の全ての包材が対象) •アートワーク業務を滞りなく進めることにより、安定供給に貢献する。 •社内外の関係者と協業/コミュニケーションをとり、能動的にブランドへの波及効果と円滑化を執り行う。 Job Description Requirement for this role: アートワーク関連法（薬事法、製品表示法）の知識 自ら時間の使い方を計画し、その計画どおりに業務を遂行し生産性を上げることができること ビジネス形態にあわせて柔軟に考え方、発想を転換できること チーム内外及び社外のステークホルダーと連携するために能動的にコミュニケーションがとれること 全体を鑑み、他部門の制約条件やリードタイムを把握しつつ、全体のスケジューリング、調整、管理ができること ラインマネージャーとして、少人数のチーム（２人から３人）を管理した経験があること Skills and educational background 短期大学士以上の学位を取得していること 業務に必要なPCスキル(Adobe illustrator、MSオフィス中級程度) 母国語レベルの日本語力 会話レベルのコミュニケーション可能な英語力を有し、業務の遂行度を高める適応力を持っていること Competencies: あいまいな状況への対応（ビジネス形態の相違への対応） 対人関係構築力 (チーム内外及び社外のステークホルダーと密に連携) 的確な計画立案(スケジュール管理・調整力) 戦略的思考（受け身ではなく能動的な対応） 業務プロセスの最適化（PCスキル、英語力を駆使し、業務の遂行度を高める適応力
