職種 正社員 職務明細 弊社が持つグローバルITソリューションやBPOサービスをライフサイエンス企業に提供することで、 個人・TCS・業界の成長を支え続ける事業のもとで、プロジェクトの企画・提案・運営、および営業に携わって頂きます。 製薬会社をはじめとするライフサイエンス企業の課題・ニーズを把握し、 弊社のソリューション提供し、企業の成長を支援する営業活動・企画提案を行います。 また、獲得したプロジェクトの進捗管理・P＆L管理を含めた、トータルなプロジェクトマネジメントを サービスデリバリー部門と共に対応頂きます。 スキル・資格 ●高い営業成績・実績を残されている方 ●物事を論理的に把握することができ、課題やニーズを的確に把握できる方 ●自己の成長を強く望まれている方 ● 国内外のステークホルダーと謙虚な姿勢で業務に携わり、且つ、業務を推進する意気込みをお持ちの方 ● 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション力があり、顧客、社内との関係を円滑に構築できる 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● ライフサイエンス業界に関する業界ナレッジ 業務内容 ＜主な業務内容＞ ●計数目標の達成：営業職として計数目標の達成 売上‐担当アカウント次第であるが、年間数億円 受注額（Total Contract Value ）：年間数億円 案件創出 会社目標のグロスマージン ● 適切な営業活動の実施： アカウント毎の営業活動計画（アカウントプラン）を作成し、計画にもとづいた活動 弊社のグローバルITソリューションとグローバルBPOを理解し、お客様へ提供・提案
