OSAROは米国サンフランシスコに本社を持つAIロボティクスの会社です。OSAROの日本拠点では、日本のお客様向けにAIを活用したロボットピッキングシステムを開発、販売しています。日本でのビジネス拡大のために、主要な顧客およびパートナーのマネジメントや自動化ソリューションの提案活動を行うことのできるセールスエンジニア、技術営業を募集しています。 セールスエンジニアとして、OSAROの技術と顧客のニーズ・環境を深く理解し、顧客に最適なソリューションを設計・実装します。カスタマージャーニーのすべての段階に関わり、最適なソリューションの評価と提案から、実装の計画、サンフランシスコのチームとの導入プロジェクトの支援まで行います。ロボットおよび自動化ハードウェア、深層学習、コンピュータビジョン、モーションプランニングなど、弊社ソリューションのすべてのコンポーネントについて学び、様々なチームと協力して働きます。そして、顧客に直面するあらゆる技術的な問題を解決していきます。 職務内容: 顧客のニーズと要求を理解し、提案書、見積書、作業指示書、検収試験計画書、フィージビリティスタディレポート、その他のドキュメントを作成する システムコンセプト、レイアウト設計、およびシステムアーキテクチャを作成する ロボットシステムとツールでシステム性能と実現可能性を検証する 営業活動、現場のアセスメント、ソリューション実装のために顧客の施設への出張（最大40％）を行う API定義、インテグレーション内容の仕様確認、および部品表などの顧客コミュニケーションにおける技術的詳細をレビューする 主要顧客、パートナー、およびベンダーとの関係を構築および管理する 専門家として、見込み顧客との技術セッションを実施し、技術的な質問に対応する ソリューションロードマップの議論に参加し、外部パートナーおよび社内関係者とのイニシアティブを主導する 顧客向けのデモを実施し、電気および機械システムのトラブルシューティングを行い、機器が正常に動作するようにする 必須要件: ソフトスキル 分析的および戦略的思考を持つ 急速に変化する優先順位と環境に適応する柔軟性 細部に注意を払い、非常に効率的に働く 優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力、管理能力 技術と自動化への情熱があり、新しいことを学ぶ意欲がある 各技術および機械設備の能力や限界を理解している ハードスキル 倉庫または工場自動化分野での2年以上の業界経験 自動化機器の販売のための提案書や作業指示書を作成した経験 顧客や社内チームとの技術的な会話をリードする能力 顧客やパートナーとの対話を進めるために必要な資料を準備または作成する能力 電気および機械図面を読み、理解する能力 2D CAD（AutoCAD）および3D CAD（Solidworks、OnShape）でのコンセプトおよびレイアウト設計の能力 ドキュメント作成、スプレッドシート、およびプレゼンテーションツール（Google Docs、Sheets、Slidesなど）に精通している 日本語を話せる 英語の読み書きができる 歓迎要件: 産業用ロボット、3Dカメラ、バーコードスキャナー、グリッパー、ロボットセンサーなどを扱った経験 Linuxシステム、コマンドライン、ネットワーク関連の経験
