＜職務内容＞ ①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション 車載電子システムにおける要求定義/要求分析/詳細仕様定義・先行開発 ・次世代電子技術の車載検討、先行技術開発、診断技術開発、検査技術開発 ・将来車両プロジェクトへの新規電子技術、システムの採用企画戦略策定 ・電子電装品質保証活動の企画推進 ②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション 自動運転やコネクティッドカー等、電子システム数は増加の一途をたどり、それらの電子システムの基盤技術として新たな通信、品質・信頼性保証技術の導入など、電子アーキテクチャはこれからも重要性が高まっていく領域です。いくつかの業務が有り、個々人のスキルやチャレンジしたい領域を踏まえ、お願いしたいと思います。 1) 次世代の電子技術を理解し、電子アーキテクチャ、システム、ものづくりプロセス、品質・信頼性保証技術の開発。 2) 新型車に搭載する通信ネットワーク、コネクテッド技術を活用した診断技術開発。 3) 将来電子技術、電子システムの採用戦略企画策。 TOOL: CANalyze, CANoe, Protocol analyzer, Harnes CAD, JIRA, Python, Microsoft office 通信: CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, ③職場環境・働き方（メンバー構成や職場の雰囲気、特徴） 10人程度のチームで課長や課長代理の下、同僚や部下とチームを構成しています。 個々人の単独プレーではなく、同じビジョン・目標に向けて一体感をもって業務を遂行し、個人としても、チームとしてもスキル向上し達成感を得られる風土を目指しています。異なる文化や意見を受け入れながら、積極的にチーム内外とのコミュニケーションをとりながら業務を遂行します。 自動車業界以外からの中途入社の方も多く、電気・電子の知識や経験を活かして活躍しています。周囲のサポートやトレーニングメニューも充実しているので、他業界から来ても困ることなくチーム内で活躍していけます。 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）＞ ①職務を通して得られる自己の成長、獲得できるスキル、やりがい Connected Carや自動運転等、電子システム数は増加の一途をたどり、それらの電子システムの基盤技術として新たな通信技術の導入など、電子アーキテクチャはこれからも重要性が高まっていく領域です。 通信、電子部品設計等の複数の技術領域でのスキルが得られ、また複合的に活用して商品としてのクルマ開発・品質への貢献を図っていきます。個々の持つ技術領域のスキルを活かし、新たな技術領域へのチャレンジを可能とする職場です。
