株式会社Mintel Japan(ミンテルジャパン)は1972年に創立されたロンドンに本社を構える市場調査会社「Mintel Group」の日本法人です。世界の新商品をリアルタイムで検索できるデータベースや世界で今起こっているトレンドを紹介するレポートを始めとする汎用の情報サービスを国内で事業展開している日系・外資系企業に提供しております。新商品開発や競合他社の動向に関わる調査案件や専門的な分析、市場調査も請け負っており、お客様のビジネスの成長を支援しております。Mintel Japanは非常に風通しのよい会社で、ポジションの上下にかかわらず、また東京のオフィスだけでなく海外のオフィスともオープンに意見を交わすことが出来る会社です。 【職務内容】 新規営業が獲得した顧客の営業担当。年間サブスクサービスの更新・対応、及びカスタム調査案件対応 ＜通常業務＞ ・クライアント会議 サービス開始から約半年経った際に各クライアントと会議を設定し、使用状況や次年度の更新意思を確認 不安や懸念事項を含めたヒアリングをし、更新に向けて要望に合う提案をする その他カスタム調査案件の依頼のヒアリング ・購読サービス内容の説明会実施 クライアントが購読しているサービスの操作説明会を各企業・部署別に訪問又はWeb会議にて開催 ・クライアントからのデータ抽出依頼の対応 購読しているサービス範囲内で、依頼を基にデータ抽出をして電話・メールで調査結果を報告 ＜その他業務 (年数回程度)＞ ・プレゼンテーション開催 既存顧客向けにアナリストがトレンドについてプレゼンするイベントを開催（現在はWeb配信） 当日まで社内チームと協力しながら準備を進める ・展示会開催とアテンド 展示会にブースを出展する際は、ブースで訪問客対応とサービスの説明を行う ・国内外出張（クライアント訪問、社内会議、プロジェクトのアテンド） 場合によって年数回、クライアントの打ち合わせ・プロジェクト同行のため出張や社内の営業会議等で 国内外の出張がある 【条件】 (必須) 営業経験 / ビジネスレベルの英語力 / 基本のPCスキル(Word / Excel / Power
