前書き IBMは2021年から全世界的にCSMに大きな投資をしています。全世界のIBM社員との機動的な協業はもちろんのこと、IBMの重要なお客様企業の重要な役割を担う方々と深く協業するため、CSMの活躍のフィールドは非常に大きく、ご自身にとって大きなキャリア成長の機会となるでしょう。ここ数年で市場ではCSMは非常に旬なジョブポジションになっています。ぜひ多彩多様でエナジーにあふれたIBMカスタマーサクセスチームと一緒に、お客様の新しい未来を創りませんか！ あなたの役割と責任 この度募集するwatsonx カスタマーサクセスマネージャーは、特にwatsonx製品群及びAIテクノロジーに関して深い技術スキルを持って、お客様にエンゲージするプロフェッショナルテクニカルロールです。お客様のビジネスに価値をもたらす具体的なユースケースをお客様とともに議論して作り、実際にwatsonxを中心とした弊社ソフトウェア製品を使用して価値を体感/体験していただけるよう寄り添って活動します。 IBMが推進しているOpen Hybrid Cloud Platform & AI ストラテジー、そしてそのコアとなるソフトウェア製品やテクノロジーが、大きなビジネス価値をもたらすことを、IBMの重要なお客様にスキルと熱意、そして実証を持ってしっかりとお伝えし、信頼されるパートナーとして活躍していただける、エキサイティングなロールです。 業務内容： watsonx CSM(Architect)として、主にIBM watsonxソフトウェア製品群を購入されたお客様に対して下記のような活動を実施します – ユースケースの具体化ないしは作成支援 – ソリューションアーキテクチャーのデザイン、MVP構築 – IBMソフトウェアのデプロイメント支援、Red Hat OpenShiftプラットフォームの活用支援 – 上記の活動を通じて、IBM製品のビジネス価値を体感しご納得ご満足いただくことにより、製品や技術の利用拡大につなげる – 利用されている製品に対して、ビジネスパートナー様や営業チームと連携して、ご購入済みIBM製品の契約更新に導く – 上記を実現するために、ビジネスパートナー様や、IBM社内の営業、テクニカルセールス、サービス、サポート、開発部門等の他ロールと密接に連携し協業する（Global teamとのコラボレーションも適宜実施） 必要なスキル・経験 AI、生成AIに関する基本的理解と、watsonx製品群（または類似製品）のハンズオン経験 企業向けソフトウェア(含むSaaS, PaaS)、クラウドアプリケーションに関する技術的知識 • お客様に対して製品の使用/活用方法を実際に見せる（デモ, MVP含む）ことができる
