Job Requisition ID # 24WD84356 職務概要 Autodesk Enterprise Customer Successでは、APAC コンサルティングチームに建設部門のシニア インプリメンテーション コンサルタントとして参加していただける、実力と実績と熱意のある方を募集します。 シニア・インプリメンテーション・コンサルタントは、建設業界とテクノロジーの知識を活かして、顧客が革新的な設計、エンジニアリング、建設ソリューションを実際に運用する支援をします。 Autodeskはハイブリッドな働き方をサポートする一方で、顧客先への出張や出社が必要な場合があります。 シニア・インプリメンテーション・コンサルタントは、顧客と連携し、プロセス改善、実装および展開戦略、ソフトウェアトレーニング、環境構築、メンタリング、技術的ガイダンス等のコンサルティングサービスを提供します。これらのサービスを提供することで、顧客のAutodeskテクノロジーへの投資効果を最大化し、ビジネス変革の成功に導くことができます。また、提供したサービス及びソリューションの価値が充分有効であるかを確認する責任も負います。 主な責任 オートデスクの顧客と協力しドキュメント管理、データ管理、現場ワークフロー、引渡し/引継ぎに関連する建設ソリューション（ただし、これらに限定されない）を実装する。 プロセスとワークフローを分析、改善、導入する。 顧客と共にコンサルティングの取組みを主導し、コンサルティングを通して提供した価値を文書化する。 オートデスク製品を詳細な業界要件やワークフローに適用する。 製品の機能および顧客要件に基づくソリューションを構築する。 オートデスク製品の最適な適用方法を顧客に伝え、詳細なユースケースを定義し文書化する。 顧客のデータと規格をAutodesk製品に移行するアプローチを定義する。 顧客、外部パートナー、オートデスク関係者と協力してソリューションを提供し、技術的な問題を解決する。 社内関係部門に対して、顧客の経験に基づく製品およびプロセスの改善フィードバックを提供する。 オートデスクのアカウントチームと協力し、カスタマーサクセスプランと顧客エンゲージメントを定義する。 顧客に対してコーチングとメンタリングを行い、アダプションを促進する。 関連サービスのスケーラブルな提供を可能にするため、パートナーへのコーチングとメンタリングを行う。 顧客とのスコープの明確化を含む、タスクの見積もりとスコーピングに貢献する。 必要な経験・知識・スキル 建築、施工管理、またはエンジニアリングの学士号（または同等の経験）。 建設業界の施工段階において5年以上の実務経験を有し、事業会社全体におけるデジタルソリューションの開発、管理、および／または提供に焦点を当てた経験。 以下の建築施工段階のプロセスに関する豊富な知識と経験： 施工計画／文書管理／プロジェクト管理／品質管理／安全管理／引渡し／ワークパッケージ ワークショップの実施、会議の進行、チームや顧客への効果的なプレゼンテーションの経験を含む優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル。
