職務概要（JOB SUMMARY） この役割は、特定の個人旅行セグメント（例：卸売、法人契約、旅行代理店など）における収益を向上させることを目的としています。営業窓口として、顧客との関係を構築・強化し、収益目標を達成するための機会を見つけ出し、積極的かつ計画的にアプローチを行います。また、トランジェント向けの施策を開発・実施し、生産性とエンゲージメントを高めます。 さらに、エリアセールスやグローバルセールスオフィス（GSO）などの上位営業リーダーと連携し、既存の顧客アカウントからのビジネスを引き込みます。顧客の期待に応えるため、現地視察や旅行アドバイザーとの調査を実施し、オペレーションやイベントチームと協力して、質の高いサービス提供を確保します。 また、取引ごとにアップセルを行い、収益の最大化を目指します。ブランドのサービス戦略を実行し、卓越した顧客体験を提供することで顧客満足度を向上させ、顧客ロイヤルティの促進に寄与します。 候補者要件（CANDIDATE PROFILE） 学歴と経験（Education and Experience） 認定大学でのビジネス、マーケティング、ホテル・レストラン経営または関連分野の2年制学位を取得し、営業およびマーケティングまたは関連分野で3年以上の実務経験がある方。 または 認定大学でのビジネス、マーケティング、ホテル・レストラン経営または関連分野の4年制学士号を取得し、営業およびマーケティングまたは関連分野で1年以上の実務経験がある方。 主な業務活動（CORE WORK ACTIVITIES） 営業機会を生む成功する関係の構築（Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities） 営業活動が調整され、補完的で重複しないよう、施設外の営業チャネルと協力して取り組む。 既存および新規顧客との関係を構築し、将来の予約を可能にする。主な活動には、営業訪問、接待、視察旅行（FAMトリップ）、展示会などが含まれる。 地域社会との関係を発展させ、顧客基盤を強化・拡大し、営業機会を増やす。 内外の主要な利害関係者との関係を管理し、発展させる。 正確で完全かつ効果的な引き継ぎをイベント管理に提供する。 営業活動の管理（Managing Sales Activities） 営業チームメンバーと営業訪問に参加し、新規ビジネスの獲得や契約の締結を支援する。 契約書の作成、顧客との連絡対応など、予約されたビジネスの運用面を実行・サポートする。 市場動向と顧客情報を活用した収益最大化（Using Knowledge of
