このポジションでは、「買う場」から「商品を知る場・生活を豊かに楽しむ場」としてコンテンツメディアとしても急成長をしているAmazonに於いて、膨大な購買行動・実購買データに立脚したAmazonを総合的に活用する次世代マーケティングコミュニケーションと企画立案の業務に携わっていただきます。本業務活動を通して、広告主様の課題解決および売上・利益の貢献を繰り返しおこなっていき、会社にも貢献していただきます。 オンライン広告にとどまらず、Amazon Device、Alexa、Amazon Marketing Cloud、配送ボックス、イベントプロモーションといった立体的な自社ソリューションを組み合わせ、時にあらたなコミュニケーションソリューションを開発して「Amazonにしかできないプロモーション企画提案」を率先して進めること、それをグローバルの模範例として実績をつくっていくことを推進していただくこともあります。広い視野でコミュニケーションマーケティングの戦略設計を担っていただくのがこのポジションとなります。 上記に合わせて事業部長の方針のもと、広告主・広告会社・メディアレップに対し、Amazonの広告ソリューションを提案し、新規案件の獲得とリレーションシップに基づく継続的な出稿の促進とアカウントマネジメントを行います。 - 社内他部署と連携した広告主へのダイレクトセールス及び広告代理店との協働セールスを並行して行っていく上で、広告主のマーケティング活動全般（商品企画、広告宣伝から販売促進まで）を深く理解し、課題を正確に把握した上で、先方のニーズを常に上回る提案をし続ける高いソリューション能力が求められます。 - 部内外のオペレーションチーム、プロダクト担当、様々な事業部との協働により、広告主のニーズに合致したメディアプラン・ソリューションプランを作成・提案、確定・実施、終了後のレポーティングを広告主にワンストップパッケージとして実行します 。時には、社内他部署(EC部門のバイヤーやサイト制作責任者など）と連携して、広告メディアのセールスを超えたプロジェクトのリードを行うこともあります。 - 実施した広告キャンペーンの効果データを収集・分析し、掲載中キャンペーンの最適化を実行、また次期出稿へとつなげていただきます。 - 広告媒体としてのAmazonをプロモートするためケーススタディ（掲載事例）、媒体資料など作成・整備 -広告主、広告会社との契約締結、請求業務等の対応も積極的にお願いします。 - 新しい広告商品販売時には、競合環境をふまえて販売企画にも参加します。（価格設定、チャネル戦略など) Key job responsibilities - 広告主の課題解決のための企画戦略立案 - 上記にともなうメディアプランニング - 上記にともなうクリエイティブ開発・コピー制作のディレクションまたはプロデュース - 上記実施中に於けるPDCA,およびレポートを通した次のプラン立案及び提案 - Amazon社内の広告事業部以外の部署との強い連携および協働 A day in the life
