Job Title/ポジション名 アカウントセールス担当：Cloud ERP (NetSuite) Account Sales Manager Organizational Structure/ 事業・組織構成の概要 Cloud ERP（NetSuite）のアカウント営業本部の統括営業本部長にレポートするアカウントマネージャーを募集します。NetSuiteは、Oracleの中で独自の独立したSaaS製品です。NetSuiteでは、新しいカントリーマネージャーの着任以来、迅速かつ強力に市場を開拓しており、既存顧客を担当するアカウント営業本部でも人員を強化することになりました。チームの核となり、ビジネスに対するオーナーシップとカスタマーサクセスに強くコミットできるメンバーをお迎えしたく考えています。 Job Description/ 職務内容 NetSuiteは“land and expand”という戦略をもって ます。Small Startで導入し、顧客の要望や成長に合わせて、クラウドERPの機能を拡張していく営業戦略をもっています。既存顧客のアカウントマネージャーである本職務の内容は、（１）既存顧客へのCloudERP製品の利用拡大に伴う売上増（例えば、財務会計モジュールを使用の企業に販売管理モジュールを提案し、使用している事業部や関連企業を増やす）、（2）既存契約のリテンションがKPIとなります。 詳細は以下のようになります。 NetSuiteの既存顧客に対し、ビジネスアプリケーションソリューションのアップセル・クロスセルを行う。 毎月、毎四半期の営業ターゲットを達成するため、予測される商談のアクティブなパイプラ ン 維 ・ 発 、 商 を め 。 顧客のビジネスニーズを分析し、戦略的パートナーシップの機会を特定し、顧客の成長、満足、維持を確保するための戦略を策定する。 戦略的販売手法であるMEDDICを活用し、販売機会を特定し、商談を成立させ、顧客との継続的なビジネス関係をリードする。 見積書作成、契約書作成と締結など、パイプライン拡大の活動を推進する。
