【ポジション概要】 当ホテルの人事部トップとして、主に以下の業務をお任せいたします。 会社の中長期的な組織目標を達成するための人員計画に基づいた、新卒・中途採用計画の策定・実行・管理。 人事部員と連携し、採用業務に加え、給与計算・福利厚生、能力開発を含む人事部の全ての日常業務を掌握し、遂行する。 社内タレント（従業員）のバックグラウンドや気持ちに配慮した上で、それぞれのニーズに対応し、会社のビジネスを成功に導くための人事関連サービスの提供に注力する。 人事チームが行う全ての人事業務において、適用されるすべての国内の法律やマリオット・インターナショナルの各種ポリシー、ならびに就業規則が遵守されることを管理監督し、それを徹底する。 【主な業務内容】 採用プロセスの管理 会社の中長期的な組織目標を達成するために、人員計画に基づき、定められた採用予算に応じた採用計画の策定・実行・管理など採用業務全般を掌握する。 Organization Chartを常に最新の状態にし、総支配人、各部門長ならびに人事部内に周知すると共に、採用が必要なポジションの採用活動の方針と方法をタイムリーに確立し、チームを巻き込んで実行に移す。 国内の労働関連の法律および条令、ならびにマリオット・インターナショナルの規定を遵守し、求人票を作成すると共に、本業務にあたり指導方針と方法を構築する。 各部署の各ポジションにおける基本的な業務内容・人材要件を理解すると共に、求人票には常にそれらが反映されていることを確認する。 求人掲載において人事部予算のみならず最新の売上・コスト状況を理解した上で、最適な掲載方法・掲載媒体を考案・選定するプロフェッショナルな専門知識を有し、総支配人ならびに経理部長の事前決裁を大前提に、タイムリー且つ常に予算内で執行する。 求人掲載会社、人材紹介エージェント、派遣会社とのコミュニケーションにおける責任者として、会社・部署の方針や最新の売上・コスト状況を考慮した効果的かつ効率的な採用手法をベストな価格で取得できるよう交渉する。 必要に応じてLinkedInを含むプラットフォームにて直接候補者をスカウティングする。 面接をファシリテートし、部門長や総支配人に人事目線でのフィードバックを提供し、必要に応じてリコメンデーションを行う。 PAF、労働条件通知書等の採用書類が常に最新、正確かつ適切な内容であることを確認する。 派遣会社の苦情処理の窓口として、会社・部署の方針に沿ったコミュニケーションを図る。 新卒採用プロセスの管理 会社の中長期的な組織目標を達成するために、人員計画に基づき、新卒採用計画の策定・実行・管理など採用業務全般を掌握する。 専門学校ならびに短大・4年制大学と良好な関係を構築し、中長期的な人材採用に導く戦略的な関係に繋げる。 最新の新卒採用マーケットを常に把握し、学生のニーズや同業他社の採用スケジュールをリサーチし、会社の魅力を最大限に告知可能な募集内容・告知方法を企画し、実行する。ただし、会社の募集・採用状況、業界全体の動きに応じ戦略を見直し、柔軟かつ効果的・効率的な採用プロセスを実行・管理する。 求人表、募集方法、選考を含む全ての採用プロセスが会社のブランディングを体現していることを確認する。 労務環境の整備と管理 社労士ならびにエリアオフィスと連携し、社内の労働環境が国や地方自治体のすべての法律・条令、マリオット・インターナショナルの方針および基準に遵守していることを管理監督する。 社労士、弁護士と連携し、労務におけるあらゆる問題をタイムリーに協議し、あらゆるリスクを回避することを大前提に、有事の際はタレントの安全と会社のビジネスへの影響を最小限に留める対策を講じる。 タレントの個人情報を厳重かつ適切に管理・破棄し、関連する業務システムがタイムリーにアップデートされていることを管理監督する。 部門長やタレントの悩みに常に耳を傾け、必要に応じて個別に面談を実施し、総支配人や部門長など適切な関係者と協議の上で解決に導く。 福利厚生の管理 社内の福利厚生施設（ロッカー、ユニフォームルーム、休憩室等）が常に安全かつ清潔であることに加え、各種手当・休暇制度等を含む福利厚生プログラムを会社の中長期的な組織目標と人材開発戦略に応じて管理し、必要に応じて改善案を企画・実行する。 タレントの能力開発 タレントがアロフトのブランドならびに個々の役割と期待を理解し、会社および部署の目標達成に向け応力が発揮できるよう、適切なオンボーディングやその他の能力開発・自己啓発のトレーニングプログラムを管理監督する。 マリオット・インターナショナル系列ホテルと連携し、タレントのタスクフォース、クロストレーニングの機会を必要に応じて企画・実施する。 デジタルラーニングプラットフォームをはじめ、タレントの能力開発のために利用可能なすべてのツールやシステムを使用し、継続的なトレーニングの取り組みを監督し、必要に応じて自らもトレーニングを実施する。 タレントとの関係維持・問題解決
