企業概要 Santenは、眼科医療に特化した130年の歴史を持つ製薬企業です。日本発のグローバル企業として60カ国以上に拠点を持ち、目の健康のために様々な革新的な治療法とデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界中の人々の視覚に関わる社会問題に取り組んでいます。 求人内容 本ポジションは、日本の生産本部能登工場において環境（E：Environment）、健康（H：Health）、安全（S：Safety）の推進を担当いただきます。 以下をミッションとするポジションです。 工場内の環境、健康、および安全に関連する全ての活動を監督し、コンプライアンスを確保する。 関連する法令や企業ポリシーに従い、労働災害や環境への影響を最小限に抑えるための戦略とプロセスを策定・実施する。 従業員の健康と安全を保護し、持続可能な環境管理のための取り組みを推進する。 成果責任: 工場内での労働災害の防止および件数を削減する カーボンニュートラルに向けた企画／施策の実行 環境への影響を減少させるための環境保護活動の実施 従業員の健康を維持・向上させる健康プログラムの実施 EHS関連の法令やポリシーの遵守状況の監督と報告 安全衛生管理体制の維持および定期（不定期）委員会の開催 役割責任: EHSポリシーとガイドラインの策定、更新、および実施 EHSに関するリスク評価と管理計画の策定 工場のEHSパフォーマンスを監視し、定期的な監査と評価を実施 EHSに関する緊急事態対応プランの作成と実施 EHSに関する従業員のトレーニングと教育の実施 内外のステークホルダーとの連携を強化し、EHSのベストプラクティスの共有と採用 EHSに関する報告書の作成と上層部への報告 資格 必須要件： 製薬メーカー（若しく業種問わず製造工場）での安全衛生の企画・運営の業務経験 労働安全衛生法関連の行政対応（監査対応含む） ISO14001マネジメント プロジェクトリーダーの経験 労働安全衛生法および関連法令に精通していること 従業員トレーニングや教育プログラムの管理経験 ITスキル（データ分析ソフト、EHS管理システムの使用経験など） 歓迎要件 環境、健康、安全に関連する専門的な資格（第1種衛生管理者、衛生工学衛生管理者、安全・衛生コンサルタント、各種安全衛生作業主任者等） TOEIC(R)テスト650点以上
