MISSION このポジションは,建設現場及び製品納入設置作業現場などの業務に関わる危険と健康および環境リスクの分析を実施し,現場で働く社員が国および地方の法律要件•社内規則を確実に満たすために必要な安全予防または是正措置,訓練や教育を策定,計画,実施することが求められます。このポジションは社長へレポートします。 •求人要項 •安全(衛生)管理体制計画の作成と周知徹底 •現場巡視と危険の未然防止策(安全防止)立案と実行 •危険因子を見つけ調査を行い,適切な是正措置を提示 •法律改定及び社内規則改定に応じて安全管理体制のアップデート •ISO (14001と18001)の維持と管理 •発生した事故や災害原因の調査および対策の検討 •設備,作業場所または作業方法に危険がある場合における応急措置または適当な防止の措置 •作業環境の安全,及び安全に関するデジタルツールや保護具についての教育および訓練,継続的改善の実施 •安全に関する資料の作成,収集および重要事項の記録 •コスト統計や作業サンプリングなどの決められた測定手順を使ったパフォーマンスの評価 •安全衛生に関する内部監査の実施 •緊急事態(災害,事故)発生時の対応組織の設置•運営 •現場監査及び巡視対応 •協力会社に対する外部監査対応,及び外部監査機関の対応 •KPIに応じた安全管理に関する定期的アクションの実施 •作業主任者その他安全に関する補助者の監督 •安全装置,保護具その他危険防止のための設備•器具の手配,定期的点検および整備 •消防および避難の訓練 •グローバルフィールドサービスチームからの都度対応案件 Qualifications (必須(MUST)) •学歴 学士号以上 •職務経験 •建設現場での施工管理,または現場管理監督経験5年以上 •建設業における安全衛生に関する社内監査対応経験 •複数組織をまたがり協力関係を築きながら,明瞭で効果的なコミュニケーションを通じて安全管理体制を徹底する能力 •英語中級レベル (TOEIC 600点前後) (歓迎(WANT)) •ISO(ISO
