求人内容 1). プロセス開発戦略ロードマップの構築と推進 プロセス&デザインチームと緊密に連携して、ロードマップの技術的ギャップを理解し、現在および将来のプロジェクトのプロセス開発戦略を作成および推進します。 2). ウェーハプロセス開発案件の作成 製品開発チーム(システム、設計)からのプロセス要件を調整し、内部および外部の開発のための明確で簡潔なウエハプロセスの開発要求を作成します。この過程の一環として、外部市場への要求に対してベンチマークを実施し、将来の開発が市場より進んでいるか同等であることを確認します。 3). 開発管理 実開発で発生する技術項目のクローズを推進します。開発チームと上級管理職に進捗状況の最新情報を伝達します。 4). 技術的なインプットとガイダンス 社内外の市場ベンチマーキングによるウェーハプロセス選定に関与 コスト構造を含むウェーハプロセスの改善を推進 PDK設計ルールの更新と改善の推進。 IP仕様(ESD、標準セル、OTPなど)の確認資格 ◆必須要件 テクニカルスキル： - 信頼度要求の理解 （HCI, HTRB,PBTI,NBTI, 車載規格） - デバイス技術の理解 (破壊現象, 寄生Bip動作, 熱伝導, PKGストレス, spice model等) - システム要求とデバイス要求の関連性の理解 （製品のシステム要求性能と素子性能の関係を理解する） -
