Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description 日本の成長産業領域である半導体ビジネスにおいて、グローバルの同僚やチームと協業し、世界で最先端のテクノロジー製品に携わることができる、アカウントマネージャ―を募集いたします。このポジションでは、日本の半導体ビジネス市場における、主要顧客との関係の維持構築、そして新規ビジネスの開発において活躍していただきます。お客様ごとの特性を理解することで、製品やサービスに対する需要を喚起します。そして定期的な状況報告や戦略会議を通じ、お客様のニーズや問題点を把握し、適切な製品やサービスを提案します。セールスの活動を通じ、お客様の製品の技術革新や品質、生産性向上に貢献し、社会の発展につなげます。 Responsibilities: ・担当エリア内の自社製品のセールス、顧客管理、問題解決 ・顧客戦略の策定、調整、実行 ・四半期ごとの正確な受注予測 ・顧客毎の予算上の問題点を全て把握し、戦略的なアクションを実施 ・受注の完了に向け、全てのシステム構成、仕様および受諾条件を確認 ・必要に応じ、すべてのユーザーグループの活動を製品別に管理 ・アプリケーションエンジニアおよび製品マーケティングマネージャーと緊密に連携し、システムデモンストレーションを実施 ・アカウントサービスグループとアプリケーションエンジニアと緊密に協力し、現場の製品の問題を管理し、解決策を検討 Experience / Other Requirements: •関連製品分野(半導体、分析機器）での営業経験（5年以上） •顧客への対応やセールス、問題解決のための高度な交渉スキル •多様な観客に対する高いコミュニケーションスキル •顧客およびチームと協力し、体系的な問題解決の実施 •プレゼンテーションスキルとプレゼンテーション資料作成 •セールスチーム内のチームワーク •日本語（ネィティブ）、英語（ビジネスレベル、読み書きの比重が多い、Speakingは電話会議ミーティングの機会は多数） •国内外への出張が可 Sales Competency Learning Agility：:製品知識の追求、拡大を意欲的に取組み、実行に落とし込める Customer First: お客様の要望に対する責任感の強さ、視野の広い問題解決力。異種案件が同時多発する（顧客ごとの特性に違いがある）ため、一つの解決方法に囚われず、柔軟性を持ち優先順位をつけた対応ができる
