インフォテインメントHMI設計エンジニア Infotainment HMI Design Engineer 国内大手多国籍自動車製造企業 ［業務内容］Responsibilities: インフォテインメント・ダッシュボード、タッチスクリーン、コントロール・パネル、音声作動システムなど、自動車システムの HMI 仕様を作成する。 HMIの画面遷移と状態遷移を定義する。 UX/UI デザイナー、エンジニア、プロダクトマネージャーと緊密に連携し、HMI デザインを車両システムに統合する。 HMI仕様定義とHMI資産のギャップ分析。 HMI設計が業界標準、規制、安全要件に準拠していることを確認する。 HMI 設計と技術における最新のトレンドとベストプラクティスを常に把握する。 ［応募条件］Requirements 必須要件 下記のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方 4年以上のインフォテインメントHMI設計経験 HMI設計の専門知識。 Adobe illustrator、Zeplin、Figma、Sketch、3D Blender などの HMI 設計ツールおよびソフトウェアの使用経験。 生産プログラムの経験 様々なインフォテインメント機能（電話、プロジェクション、メディア＆ラジオ、HVAC など）の HMI デザインに携わったことがある。 技術スキル Adobe、Photoshop、HTML5、CSSなど、HMI開発のためのプログラミング言語やスクリプトの基礎知識 様々なデザイン手法、3Dモデリング、アニメーションツールに関する優れた知識 ユーザーエクスペリエンス（UX）とユーザーインターフェース（UI）デザイン 直感的でユーザーフレンドリーなインターフェースの作成能力 UX リサーチ手法、ユーザビリティテスト、ユーザー中心設計原則の経験 問題解決能力と分析能力 テスト結果やユーザーフィードバックに基づき、デザインを反復・改良する能力 自動車領域特有の専門知識 HMI デザインエンジニアは、ドライバーの注意散漫、安全性、車両システムとの統合など、特定の要因を考慮する必要がある。 語学力 Language Skill: 英語力 ビジネスレベル
