Job Description オンコロジー関連製品の売り上げ最大化 エリアの課題解決に直結する講演会の企画・立案・実行 KOL/AOL に対するEngagement planの策定・実行 当社オンコロジー製品だけでなく競合他社製品にも精通し、当社製品を最適な患者へ届けるためにPatient Centricな行動を体現する。 疾患・治療等オンコロジーを取り巻くすべてのことに精通することが求められる。そのため、常に最新の知識習得に自ら努め、それらを整理し、顧客ニーズにあった情報提供を行い、適正使用を推進する。 安全性情報の収集・報告を徹底し、副作用マネジメントの提案を行う。 オンコロジーユニット、メディカルアフェアーズ/MSLなどの本社メンバーと緊密に連携、営業部門のMR・DMとのコラボレーションを最大化しながら戦略を実行する。 オンコロジービジネスに関わる者として、高い倫理観を持ち、コンプライアンスを遵守した活動を行う。 必要とする資質 MR資格 ステークホルダー/顧客とのインタラクティブなコミュニケーション能力 高い科学的知識に裏づけされた科学論文読解スキル チーム内外でアクションを実行できる協調性、責任感 効果的な問題解決スキル、創造的な思考スキル アサインされた職務の管理スキル（堅実性、適時性等） MRとしての高い倫理観 経験： MUSTの経験 オンコロジーMR経験5年以上（オンコロジー専門MRとしての幅広い視野と基礎力） 肺がん領域の経験 医学論文を読解し顧客と議論した経験 自ら課題探求していくために学習を続ける意志 常に新しいことを吸収する能力 WANTの経験 競合他社との競争に勝つという信念や熱意 英語：充分な英語論文の読解・理解を通して顧客と議論できるコミュニケーションスキルは必須 望ましい資質：専門的知識・技術に基づいた判断力や実行力 Current Employees apply HERE
