TA/TD Generalist ビジネス紹介： エリコンはスイスに本社を置き、世界22ヶ国（44拠点）で事業を展開、表面処理総合メーカーです。 エリコンメテコ事業部の溶射技術は耐摩耗、耐腐食、耐熱、硬化（軟化）といった効果があり、溶射を施すことによって対象の機能面を格段に向上させることができます。製品の性能向上や長寿命化、環境性能の向上を実現することができます。 エリコンメテコの技術は様々な業界で使用されています。例えば世界を代表するスポーツカー、F1をはじめとするレーシングエンジン、航空機ジェットエンジン、機体、発電装置のタービン、半導体製造装置など、身近なものでは白物家電やフライパンなど幅広く使われています。 弊社はお客様による新製品開発や生産プロセス改善に初期段階から加わり、試作から装置・材料の選定、また、その後の材料・部品の供給やアフターサービスまで一貫したソリューション・サポートを行い、お客様の事業拡大ならびに成長機会を支援します。 エリコンメテコ事業部は東京本社（練馬区）に営業、技術開発、フィールドサービス、システムエンジニアリング、ロジスティックス、管理部門、名古屋支店には営業、フィールドサービス、コーティングサービス及びウエアハウス、神戸支店には営業及びフィールドサービスを有しており、国内のお客様に迅速なサポート・サービスを提供できる体制を整えています。 エリコンメテコ事業本部 売上高：2020年 49.1億円、 2021年49.5億円、 2022年59.1億円 社員数：45人(2024年5月) 仕事内容： Talent Aquistion 採用マネージャーと協力して人材ニーズを把握し、採用戦略を策定する。 求人サイト、ソーシャルメディア、社員紹介など、さまざまなチャネルを通じて優秀な人材を発掘、獲得、採用する。 書類選考の実施や候補者との面接を予定する。 外部の人材紹介会社や求人サイトとの関係を構築し、維持する。 採用プロセスと戦略を改善するための提案を行う。 派遣社員の採用も担当。 Talent Development 研修セッション、ワークショップ、その他の学習機会を促進し、従業員のスキルと知識を高める。 部門長やマネージャーと協力し、従業員の個別能力開発計画を作成する。 社外のセミナーやワークショップを社員に紹介し、将来のキャリアプランをさらに発展させる。 その他、人事関連業務。 Your Profile 求めるスキル・経験： 3年以上の採用業務経験者 製造業での人事経験があれば尚可。 5年以上の幅広い人事業務経験 高いコミュニケーション能力と対人能力 人材開発、トレーニング、組織開発の経験
