JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary Function 一定レベルの指導や指示を受けながら、医師、病院、医学研究所、代理店等を訪問し、売上目標を達成する。医療情報の収集に努め、医師、看護師等、医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、医療情報の提供を行う。顧客がSJM製品を使用できる機会を見つけ、その機会に入り込み、サービスを提供し、新製品の提案と説明を行い、受注する。顧客との関係を構築することにより、経験の浅いセールスレップを支援したり、セールスレップへの臨床的サポートや顧客への教育的サポートを提供することもある。必要に応じて、医局説明会、セミナー等を企画実施する。 Major Responsibilities General: 既存顧客や見込み顧客を訪問し、当社製品の説明を行い、顧客からの質問や懸念に対応する。 指導やサポートを要するセールスレップに対し、臨床的サポートを提供する。 製品とアプリケーションに対する十分な知識を習得し、セールスミーティングに参加して効果的な提案を行う。例：“いつ”製品が採用されるべきかを提案する。 医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、当社製品の適正使用に関する情報やトレーニングの提供を行う。顧客からの苦情や製品クレームに対して、誠意をもって迅速かつ的確な対応を行う。 新規あるいは既存製品に関する医療情報を収集する。競合他社の営業活動や製品、価格をモニターする。 販売実績を分析し、定期的に上長に報告する。新規獲得、ロストアカウント、顧客情報や競合情報を迅速に上長に報告する。 学会等に参加して、顧客や他のセールスと新製品開発について意見交換することがある。 会社が指定する行動規範、公正競争規約、品質方針、環境マネジメントシステム、その他薬事法令上の規則など、全ての会社方針を遵守する。 その他、特命事項等を実行する。 Minimum Requirements Education: 大学卒業あるいは同等の一般教養、社会常識を得ることができる社会人経験を有する Background: 担当領域における幅広い概念的な知識が求められる。3-5年のセールスレップとしての経験を持つ。 競争的な環境の中で、売上を達成した経験がある。 Preferred Requirement MBA取得は尚可。 経営幹部レベルを顧客とする営業経験、あるいは法人営業経験があれば望ましい。 上位職の意思決定プロセスに付加価値を与えるような営業/マーケティング情報を提供した経験がある。 The base pay for this position is N/A
