＜新製品導入サイトでのプロジェクトリーダーとしての役割と責務＞オペレーション本部において、NPI(New Product Introduction, 新製品導入)、TT(Tech Transfer, 製造技術移管)、他社からの導入や導出・他社への供給などのオペレーション本部における部門横断的なサプライチェーンプロジェクトを、確立された標準プロセスに従って、合意されたスケジュールとコストで主導し、遂行する。また、プロジェクトチーム管理、ステークホルダー管理を遂行の上、顧客のニーズと制約を理解し、状況の変化に応じて都度対応して、部門横断チームによる幅広い複雑な問題の解決を図り、プロジェクトチームメンバーのモチベーションを高め、高いパフォーマンスを引き出しながらチームをリードする。オペレーション本部におけるGMP等の規制に準拠した医薬品製造の準備に向けたプロセス構築の管理・監督を行う。また、需要予測に対応した新製品在庫の準備、製造、供給を行う。プロジェクト目標に対する継続的なレビューを行い、 潜在的なリスク、問題、機会を特定し、問題解決にリーンの概念を組み込み継続的な改善を推進の上、ビジネスニーズとコストのバランスを考慮した代替案を作成する。裁量権の範囲を超えた場合は、エスカレーションを行う。職務範囲は製造と品質管理・保証の両方を含み、包装工程や、原材料の調達から原薬、製剤、充填、仕上げ、最終組立、包装まで、サプライチェーンにおける全工程が含まれる可能性がある。それらの専門家で構成される多様なメンバーのグループにおける活動や意思決定プロセスをとりまとめ、 複雑な技術的問題の影響と可能な代替案を理解し、その影響を組織内の幅広い対象者に効果的に伝える。また責任あるリーダーとして、職場での効果的な人間関係を維持し、cGMP、GDP、その他の規制、SOX要件、SHEの義務、AZスタンダードへの準拠を維持する。また、新製品として上市の後、サイトでの通常業務への移行や、製品のライフサイクルでの販売移管/売却/デューディリジェンス活動も含まれる。プロジェクトリーダーは、新製品導入サイトにおける窓口であり、社内他部門とのプロジェクトやGlobal部門のチームにサイト代表として参画の上、必要に応じて社外に対してオペレーション本部の代表者として対応し、潜在的なギャップや問題を関連部門に提起する。サイトでの製造の立ち上げ活動（NPIの包装工程の技術移管）をリード・推進し、グローバルおよびローカルNPIプロセスに従って、薬事スケジュールと上市準備に間に合うように完了させる。サイトの製造能力をもとに初期評価を行い、グローバルメンバーにNPI/サプライチェーンプロジェクトの影響を提案の上、ビジネスケースを作成しサイトへの導入を促進する。なお、 サイトにおけるNPI/サプライチェーンプロジェクトの複雑さは、製品特性、サプライチェーンの構成、市場の範囲、ビジネスモデル、上市の見込みによって異なるため、より複雑なプロジェクトではより多くの経験やビジネスセンスとともに、さらなる能力、またはより高度な能力が必要とされる。シニアプロジェクトリーダーは、より複雑なプロジェクトを担当する。 【経験】 必須 Mandatory サプライプロジェクトリーダーとして、以下の学歴・経験が必須となる。 工学、薬学、化学、または関連の理系分野、ビジネス関連分野の学士号。 歓迎 Nice to have 製薬業界の様々な側面における 5 年間の経験と実務知識（通常、以下の分野のうち少なくとも 2 つを含む）。 特に細胞療法製剤でのサプライチェーン構築、品質に関する経験があると望ましい。 プロジェクト立ち上げ段階：製造管理、サプライチェーン管理、製品開発、薬事・品質保証、プロセス技術・エンジニアリング 上市段階：製造管理、サプライチェーン管理、物流・流通、財務、コマーシャル 【資格】 歓迎 Nice to have プロジェクト管理の資格（PMP等） 【能力】 必須 Mandatory サプライプロジェクトリーダーとして、プロジェクト管理スキルを発揮することが不可欠となる。
