＃募集背景 ClipLineは、「プロダクト」×「映像」×「コンサルティング」の3つの叡智を結集して、クライアントに価値を提供しています。 多くのエンタープライズ企業に導入いただいているClipLineですが、クライアントによって事業課題は異なり、当社のサービスに対する期待も様々です。 当社のカスタマーサクセスのミッションは、プロダクトの使い方をお伝えすることやクライアントからの問い合わせにお答えすることではなく、クライアントの事業課題を理解し、プロダクトや映像を活用してクライアントと一緒にその課題を解決していくこと、クライアントが目指す成果の実現に貢献することです。 当社のクライアントは幅広い産業、業種に広がってきており、それに伴いカスタマーサクセスにもより高い対応力、提案力が求められていきます。 より多くの幅広いクライアントに価値を提供するため、カスタマーサクセス組織の強化を共に推進していただける仲間を募集します。 既存クライアントの海外店舗でも活用が始まっていますので、英語を使った業務に挑戦したい方も募集しております。 ＃業務内容 担当のクライアントを持ち、クライアントの課題解決・成果創出のための伴走支援 ・クライアントの事業課題の分析（データ分析やヒアリング等による体系的な分析・整理） ・クライアントの課題解決に向けたClipLineの用途設計、運用設計 ・クライアントのClipLineの活用向上に向けた用途の提案、伴走支援 クライアントとのハブとしてClipLineプロダクトやサービスの課題発見、改善提案 ・カスタマーサクセス組織の強化に向けた業務プロセス改善や新サービスの構築 ・クライアントからのプロダクトへのフィードバックを踏まえたプロダクト開発チームとの連携 ・セールスプロセス改善を目的としたセールスチームとの連携 ＃全社共有ツールとして ・Slack ・Google Workspace ・BOX を活用しております。 部署によっては ・Notion ・Salesforce を併せて活用しております。 ＃魅力 魅力 サービス業での経験を活かして、クライアントへの提供価値を高めることができます。 ・サービスの現場のマネジメントを経験し、誰よりもサービスの現場を理解していることをそのままクライアントへの提供価値に繋げることができます。 ・自身が経験してきた業種はもちろんのこと、これまでビジネス上の接点がなかった業種のクライアントも担当していただくため、ビジネスパーソンとしての知見が広がります。 難易度の高い課題に挑み続けることで、自身の成長に繋がる環境があります。 ・クライアントからは、カスタマーサクセスによる支援を含めて当社のサービスに期待していただいており、その期待に全力で応えていくことで対応力、提案力が鍛えられます。 ・プロダクトやサービスの改善に向けて提案できる社内環境があり、自身の意欲次第で様々なチャレンジができます。 ＃必須要件 以下のいずれかを満たすこと ・大手企業を対象とした業務コンサルティング・ITコンサルティングの経験
