【職務目的】 食品卸、業務用酒販店等の顧客からの受注業務を担当し、受注商品を取引条件に合致した日時と価格で配送手配を行う。 【主な職責】 1． 法人顧客からの注文（EDI、ファックスシステム、電話、メール添付ファイル等）を、基幹システム（JD エドワーズ）に入力し、希望納期にあわせて配送手配を行う。 受注量は、１日あたり500件（通常時）、1000件（繁忙期10月～12月、6月）、200件（閑散期1月～2月、8月）程度。 外部倉庫への出荷データの送信（毎日10:30、13:00、14:20） 2． 顧客からの電話による問合せ対応（発送状況等）および顧客への情報通知（欠品情報等） 3． クレームに迅速に対応し、必要であれば関連チームに共有し、早期の問題解決に向け適切なデータ提供を行う。 4． 国内倉庫（東京と大阪）の在庫レベルをモニターし、問題があれば関連部署へ通知する。また関連部署が正確かつ最新の情報を取得できるよう、受注状況をタイムリーに提供する。 5． 必要に応じて、担当オペレーションについてマニュアル整備のサポートを行う。 6． 業務プロセスの改善や構築に積極的に参加する。 【経験およびスキル】 • 受注入力、出荷、電話応対などの受発注業務経験 3年以上 • 物流業務の経験、あるいは営業・営業事務の経験 • ＩＴシステムおよびツール（MS-Excel等）のスキル • 大学卒業あるいは同等程度の学位 • 酒類、食品業界等類似業界における実務経験があると望ましい。 • グローバルプロジェクトへの参加や将来のキャリアアップを考慮し、英語力があると尚望ましい。 【求める人物像】 • 顧客中心に、考え動ける人物 •
