【職務内容/Main Tasks】 マーケティング＆セールス・モビリティサービスシステム部では日産車検討/購入されたお客様及びMobilityサービスをご利用されているお客様へ各種サービスを提供するためのシステムやマーケティング＆セールスの業務プロセスを支えるシステムの開発・運用をしています。 ●M&S領域：プロジェクトマネージャーとしてマーケティング＆セールス部門ユーザーと協業し、業務プロセスの改革やデジタルを活用しより洗練されたCustomer Experienceの提供をするためのシステム開発を複数プロジェクトリードします。Digitalを活用した新しい取り組みであるため、積極的な提案・ステークホルダーの巻き込みが必要です。 ビジネスプロセスの可視化、データモデリング、システム開発等の経験を踏まえた、プロジェクトマネジメントスキル及びチームとして成果を最大化するピープルマネジメントスキルが必要です。 ●モビリティ領域：コネクテッドカーサービス（CCS）やモビリティサービス（MS）を軸にしたサービスプラットフォームの企画・開発・運用を行います。CCSシステムには、NIMコネクテッドカーの遠隔操作やプローブによるデータ収集を行うクラウドアプリケーションや、お客様に新しい体験を提供するための顧客・オペレーター向けアプリケーション（Webポータル、スマートフォンアプリケーションなど）が含まれます。MSシステムには、カーシェアリング、マイクロトランジット、ロボタクシーサービスなどの多様なモビリティサービスを提供するためのモビリティサービス管理とフリート管理が含まれます。今後さらなるサービスビジネスの拡張に対応できることを目指しています。 Marketing & Sales・Mobility Service Systems Department develops and operates systems to provide various services to customers who have considered / purchased Nissan vehicles and customers who are using Mobility
