＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞■職務概要・日産自動車のウェブサイト用の車両デジタル画像（＜a href=https://www3．nissan．co．jp/vehicles/new/ariya-details/simulation．html#configure/BABc7/AiE/version target=_blank＞見積サイト＜/a＞）の制作にあたり、デザイン部門・開発部門・サプライヤー等からサンプル資料等を入手する。及び、効率的に入手するためのプロセスを策定。・既存のウェブサイト以外での、車両デジタル画像の用途（マーケティング、セールス等の領域における）を企画する・デジタル画像制作に関わる代理店マネジメント（契約、予算管理を含む）※日々の業務においての会議・メールコミュニケーションは英語がメインです。社内での関係部署とのコミュニケーションで日本語も発生しますので、英語・日本語いずれも活用していただきます。※入社後のキャッチアップについてはOJT体制を整えております。■本ポジションで求められること・現状のデジタル画像プロセスの効率化・見える化をミッションとし、最初はプロセスの改善に着手いただきます。2～3年目以降抜本的なプロセスの変更、改善提案を積極的に行っていただきます。・現在は見積サイトのみでの画像活用だが、ゆくゆくは他のマーケティング活用への転用も見据えています。将来的には提言、リードいただくことを期待しております。＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞デジタル空間で車両のものづくりを手掛ける仕事です。あなたが制作を主導した車両の画像で、日産のクルマに込められたデザインや開発の素晴らしさを、世界中の日産のウェブサイトで伝えることが出来ます。＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required＞■MUST・プロジェクトマネジメント 基礎レベル・業務プロセス、フローの作成能力 基礎レベル・英語、日本語いずれもコミュニケーションに不自由のない方自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred■TOEIC：730■WANT・ブランドマネジメント、DX/CX、ウェブデータ分析、代理店マネジメント、マーケティング予算管理 のいずれかに携わったご経験・ものづくり、メーカーでの商品企画、あるいはデジタル素材制作に関わったご経験・交渉力、説得力 基礎レベル自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred■TOEIC：730＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞・自律的、自主的に業務に取り組むマインドセット・変化に柔軟に対応する能力・新しい物事を深堀する探求心・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ）475,000円～630,000円※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします想定年収（ 参考値 ）約880万円～1170万円・固定残業30H/月含む・インセンティブ(目安値）を含む ・インセンティブは業績等を勘案し、その都度決定します Nissan
