Job Description: 組織説明 当統括部は、楽天モバイルの革新的なネットワーク全体の技術開発、運用支援、および中長期戦略の立案を行っております。 統括部配下にはRAN、コアネットワーク、クラウドプラットフォーム、移動体端末等のネットワークに関わる開発機能、ならびに通信品質やユーザ体験分析を専門に行う組織を抱えており幅広い分野で専門性が求められます 業務内容 最新技術動向に基づき楽天モバイルネットワークに関する中長期戦略立案を行うとともに、将来の技術部門幹部候補として、あらゆる社内技術部門への折衝および取りまとめを行っていただきます。 楽天モバイルにおける基地局展開計画の策定 端末・インフラにおける最新技術導入計画の策定 最新技術動向の把握、国際標準化への貢献 事業計画に基づくインフラ技術要件の策定とプロジェクト化 取締役、役員クラスへの定期的な業務報告および補佐（英語） 必須要件 下記いずれかの経験が3年以上 通信事業者におけるインフラ開発、設備導入計画の策定、要件定義経験 （通信事業企画部門における企画、管理業務、または設備投資・予算管理経験でも可） 通信事業者における通信エリア設計、工事計画・予算計画の策定または通信品質改善の企画・実行経験 通信機器ベンダーにおけるモバイルインフラ設備の開発または導入経験、かつ1年以上の通信事業者の技術部門との直接的な折衝。 歓迎要件 国内外通信事業者との技術関連の折衝経験 グローバル通信機器ベンダーとの英語での折衝経験 技術標準化など外部団体への寄書執筆・参加経験 電気通信主任技術者資格 または無線従事者資格（一陸特以上） 想定できるキャリアパス 技術部門における幅広い管理業務を担当いただくことで、高い技術力や通信事業における豊富な経験を活かしたマネジメント業務の経験を積んでいただけます。なお入社時の経験やご希望に応じて、管理職登用または役員直轄配属など複数の選択肢を検討します。 また社内の業務報告、資料作成および他部門との折衝は原則英語で行う必要があるため、ビジネス英会話の能力がある方であれば、1年以内にグローバルで活躍できるレベルへの英語力向上が期待できます。 Languages:English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3
