ETS Desk(派遣デスク)運用におけるスーパーバイザー リシュモンジャパン内のメゾンオフィス・バックオフィス・ブティックにおける約500名の派遣スタッフの採用と契約管理、及び請求書処理等のアドミ業務全般の業務を行っているETSデスクのマネージメントを含むスーパーバイズを担っていただきます。 ① 採用～契約～アドミ業務全般の管理 各部門のHRBP・ハイヤリングマネージャーと密に連携しながら、部門のニーズに合わせた採用と契約管理、請求書処理等のアドミ業務が正確に遂行されるよう、スーパーバイスしていただきます。 ② 派遣デスク運用全般の管理 派遣会社の選定や契約関連がコンプライアンスの観点から正しく実行されているか 最適化に向けてプランし進行いただきます。 派遣デスク全体のタスクを整理し、フローやツールの見直しやマニュアル作成、 派遣会社との契約更新、個別契約書、抵触日管理や運用、時給見直しなどにおいてリードし、運用がスムーズにいくよう基盤構築していただきます。 HC/FTEの管理面において、正確なSAP登録管理のためのフロー構築、また毎月のコスト支払い業務含めた正確な管理をしていただきます。 ③ 労務問題やインシデント対応 勤務中や契約上に問題が生じた際に部門と派遣会社(スタッフ)の間に立ち、問題解決に向け、適宜リーガルやHRなどの必要な部署と連携の上、速やかに解決に向けてリードしていただきます。 【必要な知識・スキル】※経験がない場合でもある程度の知識や習得への意欲 ・リテール企業や人材派遣会社などのHRや派遣採用に携わった経験 ・アウトソーシング・RPOなどで派遣採用に携わった経験 ・HR採用や労務経験 ・派遣会社やコールセンターなどでのスーパーバイザーやチームマネージメント経験 ・取引先との交渉ビジネス経験...
