■職務概要 Site Activation (SSU:Site Start Up) Specialistとして、施設選定後から契約までのスタートアップ業務を担当頂きます。通常のCROではモニターが担当しているこの業務を、当社ではSSUが主担当としてCRAとパートナーを組み実施します。おもに電話又はメールを通して社外とやり取りをする内勤ポジションとなります。 ■職務詳細 ・ チームメンバー、社内各担当、 スポンサー等と協力して、治験文書提出・契約書締結・費用の合意に向けた準備・交渉・調整を実施 ・ 個々の施設における治験文書および契約書の準備状況について、チームメンバーに情報提供・共有 ・ 手順書に従い、チェックシートを用いて必須文書のQC点検を実施 ・ 施設の問題を解決し、状況をリーダーに報告 ・ 業務に関連したデータをデータベースに入力・管理 ・ 部門内の経験の少ないスタッフへの指導やメンタリングを実施 ■募集要件 【必須（Required）】 ・IRB初回申請に関連した業務経験（特に契約書・費用等において、主担当として依頼者や施設と協議・交渉を実施した経験） ・以下いずれかの経験 - CRA（治験モニター）実務経験1年以上（SSV～SIVまでの立ち上げ経験あり） - SMO（治験施設）事務局、SMA経験者、臨床開発におけるCRAのサポート、臨床開発における品質管理のいずれかの実務経験1年以上 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・治験における広い知識（GCP知識） ・効率的なリーダーシップ力 ・自主的に作業し、また効率的に業務の優先順位を付けられる能力 ・同僚、マネージャー、顧客と仕事上の効率的な関係の構築、また維持する能力 ・指示に従い、複数のプロジェクトを管理する能力 ・ビジネスにおいて交渉や調整をされた経験がある方 IQVIA
