業務内容: 本ポジションでは、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら課題を理解し、データサイエンス・機械学習技術を活用したソリューションを設計・実装することが求められます。主にPython を用いた開発を行い、 AWS / Azure などのクラウド環境を活用したデプロイ・運用を行い、LLM（大規模言語モデル）などの最新技術も積極的に取り入れていきます プロダクト開発チームとの連携も多いため、機械学習エンジニアとしてモデル構築の業務だけでなくソフトウェア開発の業務にも関わることが可能です また、他分野のチーム(自然言語処理/最適化/画像)と連携する機会が多くマルチモーダル対応を実現しています。 詳細な業務内容: クライアント向けのプロジェクトワークが主な業務となります。プロジェクトの規模は大小ありますが、ビジネスメンバーと共に顧客理解を行い、技術的な取り組みについて計画を立てて実行しています 技術はデータサイエンス/機械学習に関わることですが、ソフトウェア開発や運用について知見やご興味があれば関わっていただく予定です 顧客理解は先方が持っているデータを確認することも含まれますが、今後のデータ取得のあり方について提案を求められることもあります どのようにデータを扱うかについて案件ごとに適切なものを考え、顧客やビジネスメンバーなど関係者と擦り合わせながらプロジェクトの目的達成に向けてエンジニアリングを行います エンジニアリングではOSSやクラウドなどの外部サービス、社内で開発されたものを使って効率的に行うことが求められます また運用を意識した技術選定と開発が望ましいですが、運用時の要件が定まっていない場合はできる範囲で固めていきます プロジェクトワーク以外の業務では、社内の技術資産蓄積やプロダクトの開発に従事することもあります 開発事例: 需給や価格を基にAIが複数の電力市場との取引を最適化 AIによる水力発電所の発電計画の最適化 ウェアラブルデバイスを用いた乳がん観察研究 食事管理AIサービスの共同開発 Job Description: In this position, you will be required to understand issues while working
