求人内容 【採用背景】 車載向けのSoC製品は、CASE(コネクティッド・自動化・シェアリング・電動化)に代表される自動車の電子化/高機能化を実現するためのキーパーツです。車載向けSoCである R-Car シリーズは先端プロセスを用いたルネサス内屈指の規模、機能を誇る製品になっています。 従来以上に基本性能部分の高速化と低電力化が求められるとともに、高速I/F(DDR, SerDes, etc.)対応、機能安全対応、高度なセキュリティへの対応、ニューラルネットワークなどの最先端技術への対応、大規模回路の短TATでの実装など、幅広い技術の集積が必要となります。 これらの要素技術をSoCへインテグレーションするためのタイミング設計は必要不可欠であり、タイミング設計の技術リーディングできるエンジニアを募集します。 また、設計・検証はインドやベトナムの設計拠点（言語：英語）と協働開発している為、グローバルに活躍できるエンジニアを期待しています。 【具体的な仕事内容】 車載用SoC (R-Carシリーズ) のタイミング設計リーダーとして ・SoCのタイミング設計(STA)戦略のグランドデザイン ・新ツールや設計フローの導入検討 ※就業場所の変更の範囲、従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします 【業務のやりがい】 ・自動運転やクルマを快適にするためのシステム開発において、SOCチップ開発の面から技術をリーディングしています。 ・世界最大規模のSoC設計や 最先端の技術に挑戦し、世界で戦っていく 仲間 を求めています。 【求める人材像】 ・チームをまとめ、協調性を持って業務を進められるリー ダーシップがある方 ・業務において自立し、迅速に動ける方 ・周囲を巻き込む力・マネジメント能力：メンバーの状況把握や業務の進捗管理ができる方 資格 【MUST】 ・論理合成ツール、検証ツールを使用したLSI設計経験 ・スクリプト言語(Pythonやtclなど)を使用した開発経験 ・英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)） 【WANT】 ・Linux環境での開発経験
