Your Job 関係部門をリードし、製品品質及び業務プロセス品質の向上や品質システム推進（トラブルの未然防止・再発防止、業務プロセス品質の向上）を行います。また、国内及び海外のお客様からの品質苦情及び品質問い合わせ対応を行って頂きます。 主として弊社工場生産品、弊社協力会社生産品のコネクタ製品を対象に弊社製造品質を向上させ、顧客満足に貢献する活動を行って頂きます。 Our Team CCS品質保証本部 製造品質保証グループは、国内拠点を主としながらも、グローバル拠点との交流を積極的に行っております。事業部の製造工場は、国内は鹿児島、静岡、また海外はマレーシア、ベトナム、上海、韓国にあり、各工場の品質エンジニアと協働して、製造品質の向上を図っています。 CCS品質保証本部は、新製品の立ち上げ品質にかかわるAQP（Advanced Quality Planning）、品質システム・品質情報の管理にかかわるQS（Quality System）、サプライヤー供給品の品質にかかわるSQA（Supplier Quality Assurance）、さまざまな改善活動を推進するGLSSの異なるファンクションを持つチームがあります。 What You Will Do 顧客からの問い合わせ対応 不具合品を調査し、故障原因を特定する。その結果を基に解析レポートを作成する。 もし、製造不良の場合は、製造工場と連携し、ロット限定、対策レポートを作成する。 必要に応じて、顧客へ訪問し、レポートの説明を実施する。 なお、不具合品解析のために、解析や評価装置を使用しますが、使用のための教育は実施します。工場顕微鏡（寸法測定）、SEM/EDX分析、挿抜試験機、接触抵抗値測定器など。 工程改善活動のリード クレーム、工程不良が多い場合、製造工場と連携して、品質改善活動をします。 必要に応じて、製造工場を訪問し、監査します。また、監査結果に基づいて、アクションプランを作成する。 Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) [応募可能学歴] 大学院（博士）,大学院（修士）, 大学, 高等専門学校, 短期大学,
