職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities 自社のワクチンと予防接種に関する医学的知識を持ち、ノンプロモーション活動として、医療関係者との科学的なコミュニケーションを行う。 特定された患者さんのニーズに合わせた疾病予防を検討し、多領域に渡ったメディカルアクティビティの実行を通じて、医療環境に影響を与える。 医療関係者からの質問や要望に対応し、適切な医学的情報を提供する。例えば、ワクチンの使用方法や効果についての質問に対して、科学的な根拠をもとに回答する。 科学的なコミュニケーションを通じたUnmet Medical Needs、Data Gap等のInsight収集や、担当領域に関わる論文、学会等での最新情報について収集を行う。 社内の関係部門と連携・情報交換し、メディカルの立場から必要な関連情報を提供し、予防接種環境の向上を推進、サポートする。 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill ワクチンと予防接種に関する理解力：ワクチンの効果、副作用、接種スケジュールに加え、法規制度などの周辺知識を必要に応じて説明できる。 リーダーシップを持ち、地域や患者さんのニーズに合わせた疾病予防戦略を実施できる。 コミュニケーション能力と対人スキル：担当領域の医療関係者と公平かつ科学的にディスカッションし、信頼関係と持続的なコミュニケーションを維持できる。 自己管理とチームワーク：個人のEngagement planを策定し、それを実行し、成果を明確に示すことができる。さらに各ステークホルダーの役割や立場を理解し、周囲を巻き込みながら業務を進めることができる。 英語のリテラシー：英語の医学論文・社内スライドを理解し、医療関係者とのコミュニケーションで説明できる。 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language 生命科学、医学、薬学、看護学などの分野の学士号以上 英語の読解力、簡単な記述力 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skill ワクチンと予防接種に関する医学的な知識やその関連情報を理解し伝えることができる。 ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可。必須ではありませんが、英語を聞く機会はあります。 経験
