<職務内容/Main Tasks>チームミッション:より良いカスタマーエクスペリエンス実現のためのグローバル戦略を策定し、シームレスでパーソナルな顧客体験をお客様の生涯にわたる関係構築につなげる。本ポジションに期待される役割・主要マーケットでの新車購入およびサービス体験におけるお客様満足度調査及びPDCAの実施をリードする。(年次のKPI設定・月次進捗管理、役員報告)・グローバルに収集されるお客様の声(VoC)、満足度調査の結果を分析し、新たな効果測定の手法など将来に向けた方策提案を行う。・各マーケットでのカスタマーエクスペリエンス戦略の実行フォロー及びベストプラクティスの共有を推進する。本社・現地チームと連携し、PDCAの仕組みづくり、会議体のマネジメントを行う。・課長として上記業務遂行のためのチームマネジメント・育成を行うDepartment Mission:Develop and implement Global strategy for enriched customer experience which is seamless and personalized to create lifelong customer engagement.Expected Role: - Leading PDCA process related to customer satisfaction survey collaborating with our key markets/regions.
