【職務】 エレベーター・エスカレーター構成部品の購買業務全般、納期管理、サプライヤーマネジメント、

サプライヤー評価、戦略企画、コストセービング

【要件】

• 国内外購買業務経験5-7年
• 戦略的アプローチ、戦略的思考
• 製造業での業務経験（エレベーター業界、電機業界、自動車業界、重工業業界歓迎）

【求められるスキル・経験】

図面からのコスト見積り及びコスト分析 QCDサプライヤー評価 他部門、海外部門とのコミュニケーション、交渉 サプライヤーとの価格・納期交渉 サプライヤーリスクマネジメント 英語 ビジネスレベル（メール、会議、電話、レポート作成、プレゼンテーション（資料作成と発表））

年収：想定年収～800万円

出張：あり（月0～6回程度）

残業：あり（月30時間程度）

フレックスタイム制度：あり（コアタイム無スーパーフレックス）

ワークスタイル：テレワーク・本社（東京中央クサテライト可（月４日上記オフィスへの出張あり）

※着任後2週間程度は原則上記オフィス出勤

【選考プロセス】面接時英会話力の確認あり

一次面接：購買部長、NOLEC総務部長、

（テストセンターにて筆記試験）

二次面接：人事部長、NOLEC Contract Logistics & Parts Center Mngr、サプライチェーン統括部長
