Technical customer interface

Gain the function owner customer trust and confidence participating in regular customer meetings and by delivering as expected by the customer

Support the system technical project manager for all technical customer communications related the function

Support the system technical project manager to agree on the customer priorities for the technical topics relevant to the function

Function development

Manage the function development according to quality, cost and timing requirements by assuring effective Technical and Design Reviews and supporting the orchestrating Engineering Gates (chairperson), Technical Management Meetings and Technical Committees

To support the system project manager as chairman during requirements control board meetings

To manage change requests for the function with the projects managers and system technical project manager.

Deliver a weekly updated planning for the function development

Apply the defined processes, methodologies and tools necessary to state of the art developments

Lead technical escalations, issues from analysis to closure and report progress to customer for the function

Implement the Lessons Learned to improve the Standards and also in line with Discipline (system, software, system validation, mechatronic) standards

Resources management

Define, agree and monitor with the project team and R&D management for resources management regarding the function development.
