Custom Media is an award-winning integrated digital marketing agency based in central Tokyo. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic B2B marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships and driving success for accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can ensure the satisfaction and growth of our clients. As an Account Executive, you will be building and managing client relationships through understanding their business goals and objectives, providing marketing consultation addressing their needs, and giving high-level direction to the creative team to deliver solutions. You will be working in our Client Success team, closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and reporting to the Chief Client Success Officer.
スキル・資格
・Minimum 1 year of account management/sales experience, comfortable speaking with clients
・Native Japanese speaker OR have at least 2 years of experience working in Japan
・Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Suite, digital marketing experience is a plus
・A quicker learner, able to work and think independently and flexibly
・Ability to follow instructions/company processes, and communicate effectively
・Well spoken, able to build trusting relationships with clients
・Ability to solve problems on their own
・Knowledge of marketing concepts is a plus
・Ability to capture important details from meetings, understand the clients needs, and deliver clear internal briefs
・The personality to deliver great ideas to clients and the team
・Ability to liaise between the client and the internal creative team, interpreting feedback for the team as necessary
業務内容
New Client Onboarding:
・Onboarding of new clients, understanding their business model, goals, and marketing objectives
Client Relationship Management:
・Regular communication with existing clients, proactively keeping up-to-date with the client’s’ business and their industry trends
・Identify the client’s business goals and pain points, and reporting back to the team for opportunity analysis
・Create proposals and estimates, negotiating contracts (scope of work and terms) with clients
Marketing Strategy Development:
・Secondary market research to assist strategy development for clients to improve their business and reach their business goals
・Assist in making pitch decks and giving presentations to clients
・Assist in workshops for strategy development with clients and subject matter experts
・High-level Campaign Management and Strategic Direction:
・Monitor clients’ marketing projects and advertising campaigns on a broad level, communicating with project managers to ensure client satisfaction
・Communicate effectively with the team on the client’s latest objectives, goals, and needs
・Write project briefs to kickstart projects with the studio team
・Check deliverables to ensure marketing campaigns and deliverables are aligned with the project briefs
学歴
・Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
