A global leader in financial technology, building unique, user-friendly POS, Charge-back Security, Inventory Management, and eCommerce solutions for business ranging from local merchants to multinational organizations. They have been in operating in Japan for over 10 years, and have a local team of 60 professionals across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
An Account Executive with experience in Sales covering the entire sales process from client sourcing and prospecting through to deal closing is required for one of the worlds most iconic financial technology companies. In this role you will be responsible for finding and qualifying new clients leads ranging from small domestic merchants through to multi-branch organisations, qualifying their needs and selling a suite of products to meet their business needs. You will be working closely with other Account Executives in the team as well as reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing in Japan and should be comfortable with high-volume phone based sales. Native level Japanese language is a must and English at a reading and writing capability is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
* Client sourcing through utilisation of various tools and platforms such as LinkedIn
* Hunter based sales experience managing entire sales process from prospecting to closing
* Experience working in a global business and engaging with multiple stakeholders locally and globally
* Experienced selling a complex solution
* Knowledge of financial technology products such as payment solutions is a plus
