Support account management activities in entire Japan Market
About this role......
Support Senior Account Manager on sales opportunities for both existing and new clients such as airlines, telcos, TAs and OTAs
Assist in managing and ensuring good business relationships with new and existing clients, and required to meet and negotiate business with clients directly or indirectly when needed, including but not limited to operational coordination
Liaise with both the internal legal team and clients / partners, including but not limited to contract interpreting, adjusting, and translation work (with 3rd party vendor) for internal back-and-forth communication with legal team in Hong Kong and UK

Review translated documents and materials including but not limited to website updates, company presentations provided by HK/UK marketing team
Assist Manager in producing and analysing account information, reports and presentation preparation
Support any ad hoc office administrative work
Undertake other roles and tasks as required by Management from time to time
You might fit for the role if you have......
Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
A bachelor’s degree in a business or legal related field of study
3-5 years of working experience in Account Management in financial institution is highly recommended
Strongly preferable of experience with financial institution such as fintech and payment solutions
Must have experienced in B2B client-facing roles
Experience in reviewing a company’s legal contracts both in English and Japanese is an advantage
Good problem-solving skills such as identifying the root cause and taking necessary steps to work on solutions
High flexibility to be able to work with and handle customise support for different clients
Always be professional especially in managing ambiguous situations and urgent requirements with sudden changes
Be open-minded for willing to consider new ideas and receiving feedback that may different to your own
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
Well organised and have excellent attention to details
