Description
* Understand client's technical requirements, and translate those into tangible solutions.
* Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the team's short-term and long-term business goals.
* Be responsible for day-to-day business activities in your area, which include but not limited to regular customer visits, follow-ups on customer inquiries and addressing technical and quality related issues.
Profile
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the Technology, Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel as required.
Language Proficiency:
* Japanese: Native level.
* English: Business level.
Job Offer
* Annual Salary up to 11,000,000 JPY, including bonuses and incentives.
