Account Manager, Life Science, Japan

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Achieve sales target of responsible territory in Japan by selling products of Life Science Group based on Bio-Rad Japan Strategy
  • Investigate responsible territory to identify target customers & sales opportunities
  • Gain sales leads and effectively manage sales funnels to consistently drive revenue growth
  • Leverage on various available information & resource to understand customer’s needs and focus on customer success with Bio-Rad value
  • Effectively collaborate with Dairiten to drive sales & service for customers, and increase Bio-Rad loyalty
  • Closely work together with internal related members (field application, product support, technical service, customer service, and marketing etc…)
  • Establish and grow relationship with Bio-Rad users and key customers
  • Regularly report daily sales actions and the latest field information
  • Daily update sales opportunities situation to SFDC, regularly report sales forecast
  • Continuously gather information on customers, competitors and market, and enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Act ethically, with integrity

What You Bring:

  • Experiences in Life Science fields >+3 yrs as an account manager
  • Highly result oriented and aggressive to achieve goals and targets
  • Excellent interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong teamwork mind
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and grow
  • Basic analysis skill with Excel, and documentation & presentation skill
  • Native level Japanese Language
  • Driver license in Japan
  • (preferable) Bioscience background
  • (preferable) Experience with SFDC
