流通・サービスを中心とした大手顧客の担当 Presalesとして、顧客とHPEのビジネスを最大化する
顧客のビジネス上の問題、市場の変化、業界のトレンドに焦点を当て、IT戦略と投資に影響を与える信頼できるアドバイザとして機能する
提案チームの中心的な存在となり、特に技術面からアカウントチームをリードする

顧客の成功に対して、最も直接的に貢献することができ、最も近くで顧客の喜ぶ顔を見られること
顧客業界のビジネスモデル、トレンド、慣例を知ることにより、ビジネス課題を解決するためのIT施策を検討できるようになること
HPE製品・ソリューションはもちろん、他社製品・ソリューションも含めて最新の技術トレンドを取得できる
エンジニアとしての提案するポートフォリオが非常に広く、社内外の多くのステークホルダーと関係を構築できること

【Required skills and experience】

■Essential Requirements

営業と共に最前線での顧客アプローチが実施できる営業マインド
顧客とのコミュニケーション能力
プレゼンテーションスキル
ITインフラ全般の知識（サーバ、ストレージ、ネットワーク、仮想化技術、運用管理）

■Technical Skills

HPE・パートナの製品・ソリューション（含インダストリ・ソリューション）を活用し、複雑な提案を行える
HPEのテクノロジーを中心にバリュープロポジションを明確にし、ハイレベルなソリューション設計を立案できる

■Soft / Other Skills

優れた分析能力と問題解決能力を有する、確かなプロジェクト、提案活動の管理能力または経験を持つ
ソリューションコンフィギュレーション/全体的なアーキテクチャ設計に参加し、顧客要件を満たすためのPoCを作成した経験
Challenger Salesなど顧客にインサイトを与えるフレームワークを用いて担当顧客に対して日々実践できる

■Behavior

オポチュニティ創出からクロージングまで提案のあらゆるフェーズにおいて対応することが可能である
ベストプラクティスの共有を通じて、社内で技術知識を指導する
チームまたはプロジェクトリーダーとして、チーム活動に指示を与え、情報の検証やチームの意思決定プロセスを促進することができる

■Experience

技術コンサルティングとソリューション販売を中心として、提案・プロジェクト・イニシアチブチームをリードしてきた経験を持つこと

【Skills you'd like to have, if possible.】

■Engineering Certification

TOGAF、ITILなどエンタープライズアーキテクトに関連する資格
HPE（Expert One）、VMware、Microsoft、Red Hat、Oracle、Ciscoなどベンダー提供の資格

■English Skills

TOEIC 600点以上、もしくは英検2級以上相当
英語でのマニュアル、Helpが読めること。また、英語でのメール、チャットのやりとりが可能な事。
