Description
* Review and analyze financial records and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Manage monthly and annual financial closing activities.
* Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for headquarters and regional offices.
* Supervise accounts payable and payment processing.
* Handle fixed assets and rebates.
* Prepare J-GAAP financial statements and local tax returns, including corporate and consumption taxes.
Profile
* Relevant years of finance experience with a strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
* Strong analytical abilities to identify key business issues.
* Proficient in business-level English, mainly for conference calls, and skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).
* US CPA and Certified Public Tax Accountant certifications are advantageous.
