Position Context

Accounting Manager will be responsible for the provision of statutory financial reports, tax, leading internal controll procedure, cost analysis of structured cost, contract management and support to report to Campari Japan and Campari group companies outside Japan.

Role is the key business partner for the management team, marketing, Chanel Customer Marketing team and sales team of Japan who holds commercial responsibility over all the duty paid spirits markets falling within Japan. He/she is also in charge of global statutory reportings.

The role reports to the Deputy Director of Finance.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly statutory report to global headquarter;

Responsible for internal control process and structure to meet with global requirement;

Responsible for tax and treasury

Responsible for stuructured cost budget and controll;

Responsible for managing Inter-company balance and transaction, fixed assets and accounting related matters;

Respondsible for liaising effectively with internal auditors both APAC and headquarter

Respondsible for liaising effectively with external auditors and tax advisors

Supporting of strategic business plan, yearly budget, monthly forecast;

Supports decision making partnering the relevant team and put timely financial insights, fulfilling sales, marketing and management information requests;

Responsible for supporting balance sheet analysis;

Responsible for other things related to above;

Key Relationships

Internal: Finance Director Japan, Deputy Finance Director Japan, Off-shore Campari finance team, Marketing team Japan, CCM team Japan, Sales team Japan

External: Auditors, Tax advisors

Experience & Education

Minimum 5+ years of financial reporting

Expereince on handling accounting data

Expereince on internal audit of global company

Expereince on establishment of internal control procedure in global company

Experience on making excel data base

Experience on sustracting data from SAP

Experience on making statutory report to parent company outside Japan

Experience in consumer goods industries preferred, prior alcohol experience an advantage

Required Skills & Traits:

Accounting knowledge and experience both JP and IFRS

Knowledge of internal audit

Strong ability of data analysis (Strong excel skill is must: Vlookup、Pivot、Sumif )

Deep SAP knowledge

Proven analytical thinker

Strong communication skills within a multicultural environment

Proven ability to work across functions, carry out data analysis, identify trends and to develop commercial options to address commercial issues.

Proven skills in planning & reporting techniques and methods, incl. KPIs management

Fluency in English preferred, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Customer and results oriented

Pragmatic/hands on approach/ Problem solver

Adaptive/flexible, but firm when required

Self-starter/ team player/ motivator

・関連チームと連携し、タイムリーな財務インサイトを提供し、販売、マーケティング、および管理情報の要求を満たす意思決定のサポート

・5年以上の財務報告の経験

・SAPからのデータ抽出経験

・消費財業界での経験

・アルコール業界での経験

・英語の流暢さが望ましい、他の言語の知識があれば尚可
