Minimum qualifications • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in ADAS system and specification analysis, design, control design, and validation.
• Experience in ECU functional testing, validation, and verification for ADAS functionalities.
• Experience handling dSPACE Control Desk / dSPACE HILS, IPG Carmaker, and CANoe/CANalyzer.
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and environment model development and usage. Knowledge of embedded C programming.
• Project management support for ADAS vehicle model development is preferred (including schedule/progress management, vehicle modification coordination, and interdepartmental coordination).

Nice to have skills • Basic understanding of in-vehicle networks, in-vehicle communications, CAN, and diagnostic protocols.

Position Overview This position is focused on the design, development, and validation of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) functionalities. You will work on various aspects of ADAS, including specification design, NCAP scenario assessments, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The role involves a deep understanding of ADAS technologies, communication and diagnostic testing, and ensuring the system’s performance and compliance with safety standards. You will also play a key role in handling project management tasks and providing technical support.
About the Department The ADAS Development Department is a renowned division of our esteemed OEM client. This group focuses on:
• ADAS functionality specification design.
• Development and validation of ADAS functionalities.
• NCAP scenario assessment, specification design, and testing.
• Design and development of ADAS functionalities across various autonomy levels (L1, L2, L3, etc.).
• Coordination with suppliers and internal departments, program management, and quality evaluation.
About the Project • Communication and diagnostic testing and validation.
• MILS environment creation and testing.
• Responsible for establishing and managing the HILS bench.
• ADAS interface and requirement specification creation.
• Market defect analysis support.
• Parameter tuning and issue analysis of various ADAS features.
• Model-based development of ADAS features.
• Functional safety and cybersecurity analysis/documentation support.
• Market research on all ADAS features.
• NCAP protocol study, scenario assessment, specification design, and testing.
• Radio certification regulation checks and updates.
• Functional validation of ADAS features on HILS bench and vehicle test result analysis.

• Supporting the functionality development, analysis, and validation phases.

• Identifying gaps in the ecosystem, generating new ideas, and converting them into business proposals.
• Managing offshore and onsite teams or working within the customer ecosystem for development and program management.
