Senior Administrative Assistant, Japan

Remote Friendly Full-time Arranging Property Management

The Role

The position will support the Property Management department and perform administrative tasks such as checking invoices and other documents mainly from external PM companies, processing payments, and entering information into the SAP system. The position will work closely with team members and other departments to ensure the progress of the work.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work on supporting Property Manager and coordination with external PM companies, checking invoices and construction documents and payments.
  2. Input data into SAP system related to property management, check documents, classify and file hard and soft data.
  3. Work closely with team members to monitor task status.
  4. Support checking PM reports, etc.
  5. Provide other administrative support to the team, such as arranging meetings, car rentals, visitors, etc.
  6. Translate documents as needed. Liaise with other teams within the company, the Singapore head office, and overseas offices.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or any related discipline.
  • Conduct work in English. (mainly Leading, Writing)
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must be comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel.
