Animal Health Swine Customer Consultant (西日本エリア)

Job Description

アニマルヘルスカスタマーコンサルタントとして、顧客に対してコンサルテーションサービスを提供し、豚用医薬品（ワクチン、抗菌剤、ホルモン剤など）の適正な使用と販売を促進して売上最大化につなげる 。

＜主な業務＞

• 事業部・所属チームの計画に合わせて担当エリアの販売予算を達成する。

• 飼養管理、疾病予防・治療、製品に関する知識を正しく有し顧客に提供する。ニーズを把握しソリューションを提供することで顧客エンゲージメントを高める。

• KOLの協力を仰ぎ、必要に応じて農場訪問やテクニカルセミナーを開催し自社製品のプロモーションを図る。

• 特約店担当と密に連携しリベートなどのインセンティブを活用して自社製品の拡売につなげてもらう。

• 担当テリトリーの顧客情報・流通構造・競合動向など事業環境を理解し効果的な販売戦略を立案する。

• 報告・連絡・相談を迅速に行い、事業部・自チーム内で市場動向や顧客・競合情報を共有する。メンバーのサポートを行いチーム全体の活性化を促す。

• オンラインミーティングやSalesforceなどのITツールを活用し効率的な営業活動を行う。

• グループのコンプライアンス遵守、法規制（薬機法、独占禁止法、個人情報保護法、道路交通法等）の遵守を徹底する。

＜必要なスキル＞

• コミュニケーション・対人能力、プレゼンテーションスキル

• 基礎セリングなどの営業スキル

• ベーシックな農場の飼養管理や疾病対策の知識

• Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teamsなどの基礎的なITアプリケーションスキル

＜その他、あれば望ましい学歴・資格等＞

• 獣医師国家資格、畜産学科学位、HACCP・JGAP審査員資格、英語力
